Can not restore my account

I am trying to pay my wow account so that I can play again, but everytime I try to log in the account management page it tells me "login failed." I have changed the password, and my account has an authenticator attached to it. What is wrong? I know I am entering EVERYTHING correctly! The last time I logged in was sometime around February, I think. I am posting on my wifes account because I am unable to log in to my own account. Any advice, suggestions or does anyone know what could be causing this? Please Help!

I answered your other post, but if this is a Mobile version, it may indeed need resynch'd.

Happy to have been able to be of assistance.

If you ever have login issues with an authenticator - remember to pause a few seconds and pick up a new code. That can sometimes create issues of it's own.
