Unable to transfer. Invisible mail?

I'm trying to server transfer, but I can't because the page says I still have mail in my mailbox, or mail incoming. My mailbox is empty, and it's been a few hours now.

Anything I can do?

You had some old spam mail stuck in your mailbox, Kitoo, I was able to remove it so you should be set.

Buzzkillaton, can you give me the name and realm of the characters that you and your friend is attempting to transfer?

For future reference, though we tend to track threads that we have already responded to that usually only counts for threads we either answered that day or may return to because we are waiting for information from somewhere else so we can provide an update in the thread.

Feel free to create your own thread if there isn't a current one available. :)

You should be set though, Nuadas, you had some spam mail that I was able to clear out.

I likely missed it. :D It happens, things move fast around here. If you have an active issue and the thread falls off the first page you are welcome to bump it, hopefully someone working will notice it and get to your issue.
