Account Hacked / Unauthorized Authenticator

So far I am having no luck getting through to Blizzard via Phone, E-mails & Forums. I have posted on the Technical Support forums and in 29 hours I have received no reply from a GM. I will say once again. My account was hacked roughly 35 hours ago, an authenticator put on to it and my level 80 characters have been stripped of their gear. Please reply to my post or fix the problem as soon as possible.

(I have already installed new anti-virus programs and cleaned out my pc. So all I need now is for my WoW account to be fixed.)
