2nd account compromised :(

Please help, my other account has been hacked and i contacted a gm and ive also sent an email to an account administrator. but the guy is actually playing on the account right now, hes already cleared out two characters and now he is farming on my main. if there is anything anyone can do. pls help.

We'd need a character name/realm to look into this, Grihm.

Also, I see this account has had issues with compromises as well. Have you not found the root source of how they are getting your information? That is vital - they WILL be back if they can keep obtaining your password and ID.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Nevermind, I see you didn't.

Given what's happened here, make sure your email isn't compromised. I strongly suspect it is - or they have put a forwarding on it.

That would answer that question.

It appears this one was never merged to Battle.net - and they took advantage of that fact to abscond with it.

Let me see what we can get done on this. Give me a few if you would.

I believe this is all sorted out now, Grihm. This WoW account should not be on your main Battle.net.

Just make sure your system and email are secure - you may even want to setup another email for this Battle.net account.
