Account Wrongly Banned since Wednesday

Since Wednesday my account has been closed (June 30, 2010 at around 15:00 PDT). Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation - exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy.

Then i sent an email to [email protected] regarding this issue.

I also noticed several people with this same problem this week, wrongly banned for the same reason (exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy) some already have been solved.

I'm really upset, I was never involved in anything that was outside the rules, i can not think in anything that might have caused this mistake. I've never bought or sold golds . I have five 80 chars with different professions maxmized and recently I barely use the AH.

Well I need to use some proxy service, i play from Brazil and without this my MS is around 800. But my account is not compromised, nothing changed.

Four days have passed since I sent the mail to Account Admin, and still have not received any response. This is a great disrespect, I am extremely disappointed.

My level 80 characters: Senx, Ryuuki, Torá, Noroty, Yamï. (all In the same realm. Ursin).

I would like some kind of explanation please.

P.S.: I created a trial account to post here and, as I said, I'm from Brazil sorry for my bad English.

It looks like your case is being looked into, Upset. I am sorry for what frustration this may cause you. Please understand that our goal is to allow our legitimate players to play without any issues but we also try to stop what exploitative behavior we can find as well. In some cases, when conditions are met you may look like those who are working to violate our policies which could result in a closure of your account. In such cases we will do everything we can to further validate claims of an error.

Hopefully our team will be able to verify the legitimacy of your claim and overturn the closure. Good luck.
