Recruit a friend. Upgraded too fast.

Hello,

My friend and I tried to do recruit a friend but annoyingly I forgot to use the 10 days trial she gave me in the first place. I upgraded the account with WoW, BC and Wotlk but now we don't have the recruit a friend bonuses.

Is there anything we can do about it?

Unfortunately if the Recruit a Friend invitation was not used to create a Recruit a Friend trial account, Hoondarrh, you'll be unable to retroactively apply the link yourself. As Shandiee indicated you can contact our Billing and Account Services department. They should be able to help as long as the account was started recently.

Our call volume is fairly high at the moment so if you get the busy message please hang up and try back immediately. It seems to be a matter of timing to get through but our staff is working to clear those lines as quickly as they can.
