In game spam mail won't go away!

Every time I log in on my main (this character that I'm posting on), I get the same 3-4 spam mails in my mailbox. I report each one and they disappear when I do that, but the next time I log in, they're all there again. One of them is from Unknown, but the others are from the same 2-4 names every time.

Is there a way to clear the cache on my mailbox? This is really annoying. It's also happening on my husband's main, Katahn on Icecrown, so if there's a way to clear this out, please fix his mailbox too!

They can indeed sometimes pop back up, Sylvaenys.

If you know you've reported them once, you are fine to just delete them.

I know, I've had it happen as well.

I'm not certain why some of them do that, and some don't.

It's a known issue, but I'm honestly not certain where it ranks on the list :)

Once you've reported it once, that's all that's necessary for further actions to proceed.
