My friend recently aquired his first wow account and me and him were looking forward to the bonuses, but it turns out after I sent him the RAF trial, he didnt put his time and cd key on the right game, as I have read a lot over the last few days. I have sent emails but you guys take a long time to reply.. also in queue for a ticket but it hasnt had any luck. Sort of getting annoyed really as I am on a 2 week holiday and I my days are limited. Please hurry and guide me on what to do :(

Afraid Billing are the only folks that can help with this.

The Australian number should work from a land-line, or you might want to check out Skype and use the international number. Many of our players speak highly of it.
