We tried to continue a 10 man Ruby Sanctum with 3/4 bosses killed. Yet, Halion is nowhere to be found. Anyone else having this problem?

Is it possible that a member of our raid reformed the group and killed the boss after the raid disbanded initially, Imakeitrain?
