And you are certain you are using the Beta client?
I did ask this be looked into further, but it's going to take a bit more troubleshooting.
Everything we can see so far looks good on this side, still thinking it's somehow the wrong client, something.....
Would you be in a position to be able to call into our Tech Support about this? They may be able to trouble-shoot this further for you. They don't have an 800 number, but you could dial in using something like Skype.
