Will my ticket work only if I am online?

Few days ago I posted a ticket to get help with items, since this involves a more complicated process do I NEED to be on the game in order to get it over with???? or are the GM's able to help with the situation even when i am not on. The items i need help with are in my bag's.

I hope someone can help me out here >.<
