Cannot Faction Change PLZ HELP

Hello i have been trying for a few days to get help with an error im receiving when I try to faction transfer my character. It tells me i have mail or mail en route when i have no auctions i dont see any mail in the inbox either. I have seen it fixed in other posts and just wanted to know if someone could help me out with this issue please.

Your mail has been deleted, Dagnorath. You may need to allow roughly ten minutes before the Faction Change is able to be initiated, but after that you should be able to start the process.
