BOAs disappeared in the mail.

I figured i would get faster responses here. I sent 4 BOA items from one character, Tooltime, to another character, Tooltimee, on my account. As i was sending the BOAs, i got disconnected and received a password reset and a 3 hour ban (for no apparent reason.) Now, the BOAs have disappeared in the mail. I do not want to go through the whole 14 day wait for these items to be restored, because it is YOUR FAULT that they are gone in the first place. Please restore them today.

Sorry for the late reply, Cooltime. It looks like this matter is under review so we should be able to get those items back to you as soon as it is completed. You should be contacted in the next day or so.

Such a suspension is usually the result of signs of a possible compromise, Cooltime. When an account suddenly starts spamming and seems to be making a habit of it we try to provide the registered user an opportunity to secure their account. If the spam is the result of the registered user though additional action may be applied but not always. It seems that your recent activities were deemed suspicious.

This should be able to be corrected though I highly recommend that you review our harassment policy. Spamming in a public channel is usually not well received, especially when the messages are less then appropriate.
