For the last 10 days My account has been unable to log in. I cant call and talk to someone, Ive tried email and Ive tried hopping on one of my other accounts and opening a ticket. This has all failed. So now after playing this game for the last 4 years I will be permanently closing all of my accounts. I have an authenticator and it tells me too many key logs have been used...assuming some one is trying to hack my account with a random number generator for the authenticator and its locking up. So by the time i finally get into my account im sure ill be stripped and then wait another 14 days to wait for gear restoration. So quite frankly I am tired of Blizzards lack of care for their customers. How much money do you need to make to hire adequate number of staff to support your clients. So I guess im off to find a new game anyone have any suggestions?

I'm showing that a representative from Account Services sent you a reply email earlier this morning. Have you been able to refer to that email yet, Slurpy?

Your guess may not be too off-the-mark. It's possible that your login information has been learned, perhaps through malware, and is now being used. Since you've an Authenticator associated with your account, those logins are failing and eventually locking you out of the game.

Once you are able to recover your account, I would sincerely encourage you to do two things:
    1) Deeply sweep your system for possible malware (suggestions and instructions can be found here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/30812).
    2) Register a new email address. Instead of simply using a different email address, though, my advice would be to set up a completely new address. When creating this new address, make sure that the username and password are unique. Don't use a username (e.g. character name, IM screen name, profile tag) or password that you already use online.

This should help curb those lock outs and allow you to enjoy the game more peacefully.
