My account got hacked again!!!

O.K. this has happened twice in the last week. I haven't had a chance to put an authenticator on my account yet. I woke up this morning and my password was changed again. I used the anti malware stuff that was suggested but did not put an authenticator on it yet. All my characters were hacked also and most of the inventory was was taken too. please help. I may just close the account ahd quit the game at this pace.

That would indicate you didn't find your security breach, Cub.

The steps will be the same as before, but it is vital to find out how they are getting your information or this WILL keep happening.

You need to make sure both your system and your email are secure.

Cub, if you are referring to the account you are posting under, that did have one that was removed on the 4th - but I see none on at present, or any added since.

If you are just running into a box asking for an authenticator on the login screen, that would be because there was one on the account and you have the saved box checked for account name - you should be able to enter through it with your latest password without a problem.

Part of the issue here is probably because they keep asking this be reset.

Here is what I'd recommend.

Setup a brand new - unrelated email from a known secure system.

Contact Billing as soon as that's done, ask them to do the change for you on the phone - and reset your password. That will avoid any potential issues if your current email is compromised.
