Loot Ninjad

I was in icc25 man and the sword blood venom blade dropped.

Now at the start they said 1 loot per boss. I won a ring off marrowgar. I also rolled the highest for that sword but they gave it to a guild member who already has the axes off marrow and the gunship battle instead. Saying he has not won anything yet.

Can blizzard do anything to help with this?

Was it one loot per boss, or one loot for the run? If there was a misunderstanding and it was one loot for the run, then it's probably best to enjoy your ring, and join a different run seeking the weapon you're interested in. If, you believe that there was some deliberate deception and the items were not distributed according to the stated loot rules, then it may be a wise idea to give our staff the opportunity to investigate by submitting a detailed in-game petition.
