This petition is actually, 5 days, 6 hours old - but reading it over, I'm uncertain if we are going to be able to assist. You are more than welcome to leave it open till a Game Master can look into this further.
1 item per boss really isn't much in the way of loot rules. Barring any other agreements, Master Looters aren't necessarily held to follow rolls.
Vent, while an excellent tool - cannot be verified.
In any case, we will be happy to look into this, I'm just not sure based on what is in your petition if we can assist in this situation.

Actually, yes it does, but I was just mentioning that because many times loot rules WILL be gone over that way - but that isn't anything we can veryify.
