Taluah please take a look

The issue you posted previously is interesting, Taluah. Is the character you were posting from the character on the account in question? If not, can you provide me the name and realm of a character on the account you are experiencing this issue with, please? Also, please provide any error messages you receive when it quits the character selection screen.

This may seem like a simple step, but please log out of the game, completely closing out the game, and go into your World of Warcraft directory folder. Once there delete the cache sub folder located within. Once you have done that, try logging into the game again.

Let me know if you experience the same issue, please.
