Blizzards Customer Support is terrible.

I cannot get any GM support, any in game support, any LIVE SUPPORT, and emails take days to come in for a problem that can be fixed in minutes if you didnt have to make battle.net a piece of crap that everything has to be based on. If you make everything to be emailed, at least make the email system work blizz.

It looks like you have a couple issues, Parknight, I'm sorry that you have been unable to get through to our different contact points. Please understand that though we want to help as many people as quickly as we can we still must address what issues we receive in the order we receive them.

The symbol on your Battle.net account is for the Test Realm only as far as I am aware. I do not show that your account is currently eligible for Cataclysm Beta.

As for your issue with Parental Controls, I see two e-mails sent to Billing regarding this matter but both would indicate that you believe the PC e-mail should be sent to the e-mail address that you sent those from. Parental Controls are attached to a different e-mail address then the one registered to the account.

Unfortunately without proper verification, which should only be done by our Billing and Account Services team I am unable to provide you with the e-mail address. If you have an idea of what the e-mail address may be I could confirm it for you, but beyond that I'm afraid you will need to contact Billing.

If you do not recall the e-mail address associated with the Parental Controls or do not have access to it you'll want to use the following form. That should allow our Billing and Account Services department to update the information.
