My account was hacked sometime in January 2010. I recently just recovered my account. I am missing several items all of which are from quests, dungeons, or blacksmithing. Blizzard has said that they were unable to verify that these items were stolen from me. The items that were stolen are Sparkling Onyxia Tooth Pendant (quest reward), Titanium Spikeguards, Titanium Razorplate, Garfrost's Two-Ton Hammer (Dungeon) , and Tyrannical Beheader (Dungeon). Now the dungeon items will be hard to recover because not many groups will want a dps with no weapons. Therefore, I cannot get any gear to replace which means I cannot get emblems for gear. Also, I do not have enough money to be able to buy my gear from the AH let alone the mats for said gear.
I understand that I may have waited too long to recover it so they may not be able to verify it. But this is not the first time these exact items were stolen from me. The first time I was hacked, these items were stolen as well. Is there any way I could possibly get my gear back? Could blizzard give me the benefit of the doubt and just restore it this one time? Thanks.
