1. All caps is against the forum rules, please edit your title

2. Only Billing can remove an authenticator from your account, you will need to call or e-mail them, the blues who post here can not remove it for you.

Oh like i haven't done this already?

They are doing something illegal. They are blocking my access to cancel my subscription i'll post in all caps as i please till i get my support. It makes no sense to have a PAYING customer wait for so long just to have a simple authenticator removed.

I'm afraid that's not how it works, ßøss. The fact that you are experiencing an issue with your account in no way entitles you (or anyone else) to flout the forum guidelines.

Additionally, this forum is not a means to request Authenticator removal. The only appropriate methods to request the removal of a legitimate Authenticator are telephone and email. Here is that contact information for your convenience:

    Billing & Account Services

    Phone Support - 1 (800) 59-BLIZZ (1 (800) 592 5499)
Live Representatives Available 7am to 8pm PST
    E-mail Support - [email protected]

If you are located in Australia you should use 1-800-041-378 if you cannot get through with the number above.
If you are located in Singapore you should use 800-2549-9273 if you cannot get through with the number above.
Latin American and International callers without access to our 800 numbers may use: (949) 955-0283

No it isn't an authenticator I put in. I've called a good 30 times in the past 6 hours and i finally gave up to read every little detail to know that i need to have my problem fixed through a forum.

If this is so, then it is likely that your account has been compromised. It would be a good idea to also review our sticky on the subject here:
