My account has been hacked please help

I tried to log on to my account yesterday and i found that someone had put an authenticator on my account, but i have not purchased or signed up for an authenticator. This means that i can not log onto my account, even if i change my password. I play a level 80 mage,druid, and dk on the realm Terenas. I would appreciate if you removed the authenticator

This should be gone now, but it's imperative you find the source. They had your password and ID to have added this and if they CAN come back, they WILL be back.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
