Shard of Ahune not in Bag

Hello, Today I did the random que and looted the item "Shard of Ahune". The chat window also said that I received the item. I did this at level 79, when I looked in my bag to get the tabard, the shard was not there. I am unable. I thought maybe it was because I was not level 80, so I leveled as fast as I could and am now 80 but I still don't have the shard. I redid the killing Lord Ahune from the dungeon queue but am unable to receive a shard.

I really wanted the tabard and today is the last day, did I do something wrong?

It looks like the Shard of Ahune is in your main backpack, it should be two over and two down. If you are unable to see it you may need to reset your User Interface.
