Reason I choose thing because I felt blizzard wasn't looking at this..
Alright in the past I had great deal of issue's from I never got a replie even if I have gotten I 24 hour auto reply.. Three times this has happen and haven't gotten replies.
One time in 2009 I explain about the issues of the forums and bg links from the forum, while I was getting a auto reply for 24 hours, the reply I was giving from a gamemaster I forget what it was, because I just trashed it.. He mention that someone in the office will reply about my issues and concerns.. So it's 2010 I have learn that ticket was never really answered..
In middle of 2009 and 2010 I had a e-mail from a security issue that I needed helped with and didn't knew at the time, why the blizzard e-mail was going too my other e-mails.. They never replied back never not even once. So I could of been hacked right away cause I never gotten a e-mail from them in 10 days from them, so I looked around and understand what full headers was all by my self while I wasn't giving help.. So in that e-mail that I made from them, it seem like the gm was trying to brush me off didn't really cared.
Alright now in june 21's I made a forum message about the game and how people are in randoms and other such, so I was specifically harassed.. So I made some reports some were spamming others were targeting me. I was forum ban on the 25th for spamming and trolling, so I was pretty annoyed..
The e-mail I made for them on 25th was answered on the 28th letting me know it's being directed too the online forum team..
Aredek mention it was forward correctly, but he didn't knew if I am in que or not. So I never got a apologize or a explanation of why I was forum ban for 2 days. I understand people might not care cause it's 2 days, but I do I don't like getting ban for something I didn't do when I go by CoC...
I have e-mailed them on july 4th about I was getting specifically harassed, I gave them links and notes and never once replied back, heck I even reported a fishing bot and got the 24 hour reply on the 5th and didn't get a reply..
I would understand you guys are backed up and letting the person know "your ticket will be replied soon" something like that..
But COME ON I made a mistake telling a guy a name from another server because he kicked me from a random saying I wasn't good or something I forget. He made a ticket on the 25th last month and was answered on the 26th so I got a warning.. But me it's like I don't exist what the heck.
And I refuse to keep making forum after forum post. Same thing I refuse to make e-mails after e-mails..
