PISSED OFF

I queued with some friends for a RANDOM DUNGEON and we ended up in Oculus. We landed on a ledge and I dismounted my bronze drake and for some reason it kicked me out of the instance and from the group. Okay, it was a bug, it happens, no big deal. I reentered my group and the dungeon and finished but when I got to the end I didnt get my 4 bonus Triumph Emblems or my bag of gems. So I opened a ticket politely explaining what had happened and asking for my items to be mailed to me. IT TOOK A WEEK AND A HALF TO GET A RESPONSE!! And when I log in and finally see the ticket? The GM claims because I didnt join as a random (obviously the moron didnt read the part where I said I was kicked out of the dungeon) that I wasn't entitled to the items. [removed] Read the ticked you idiot! What the hell you get paid to just ignore the details of my ticket like that? Bite my ass and do your job Blizzard. [removed]. Queueing for randoms as a DPS takes 20 minutes MINIMUM in my battle group. Four badges is actually a big deal for me but I DONT see how its a big deal for your GMs to PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE TICKET SAYS! Seriously?! We pay MONEY for this every month?! Thanks for nothing you worthless [removed].

Edit: Im going to be sending some emails out with this complaint, given I doubt they'll care much to check this thread. Good night WoWers.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you experienced a bug which resulted in you being forced to leave the randomly selected dungeon. As you mentioned, if you were invited back to the group after the group it was no longer considered randomly selected by you, and, as a result, you were not eligible for the Cache of the Ley-Guardian. I understand your frustration; however, because the Game Master could not verify that this is what transpired, they were unable to award you the necessary items. You're welcome to submit another petition requesting that an exception be made, but I cannot guarantee that the response will differ.

Should you wish to leave your feedback on this issue, please feel free to email [email protected].

Best wishes and good luck.
