Wow, I feel for you. I've had one open for a little over 2 days now and I'm pretty annoyed myself. I just made a post about it as well actually. I can't imagine that things are working as intended.. What was your problem anyway? I noticed that with a couple tickets I submitted GMs don't even bother talking to you in-game anymore, they just glance at your ticket and either forward you to a specialist or continue to put you on hold without even typing to you.

Oh great... Ive had one open for 4 days and just had to open another one

I remember when GMs took 30mins if that, is it really that hard to get enough people in India?

A quote from Oscar Wilde and a comment like that? You are simply a conundrum, Irongnome. We don't outsource, period.

Your first petition has been open for 3 days 9 hours and 10 minutes. Though I'm not certain if we'll be able to assist you as we usually are unable to when someone accidentally learns a mount, but someone will look into your request.

Your second petition regarding the Argent Tournament, check with Arcanist Taelis and see if you can pick up the quest. As stated in the Faction Change FAQ the Argent Tournament resets if you Faction Change though you should have the quests available now that you have. It seems you completed the starter quest so you should be able to pick up the rest.

Elrendal, I'll look into this, but honestly the others are correct. If a petition has been open for this long it is likely experiencing some kind of issue and it may be best to close and reopen it, or at least write to wowgm@blizzard.com.

I'll see what I can find and let you know.

Elrendal, it seems that the matter was looked into and appropriate actions taken. I am sorry for the lack of communication, unfortunately the response you were supposed to receive, the one telling you that the matter will be looked into was prevented from getting to you because the petition was stuck.

Unfortunately we were unable to provide any restoration regarding the matter. These transactions are not prohibited but neither are they supported and they are mostly an "at risk" activity. We will also look into possible scams though and take what actions are deemed appropriate for such behavior.

OK what about mine? ive had a post open for about the same amount of time my ticket has been open... (3.5 days) and ive called 2 times and made multiple tickets on both of the realms i play on and should i send an email too? im about ready to scream! i just want to play my rogue! is that to much to ask?

What about your what, Jbz? This thread is about a petition that was visible to the OP for around 3 weeks and appeared to not have been answered.

Your petition has been open for 2 days 9 hours and 5 minutes. Unfortunately, our overall queue times are around 4-5 days at the moment, your request will be addressed as soon as possible. You don't need to call, Technical Support can not help with character restore issues, though they did submit a petition on your behalf, Billing is also unable to help directly. An e-mail will not speed up the process, it will simply add to the overall pile of petitions, e-mails, webforms, etc... that we handle daily.

To play your Rogue is not too much to ask, but I hope neither is waiting for your turn for assistance.

We do have policies in place to address these issues though. Afterall, we understand that people may make a mistake and we want to help when we can, but these things take time.

Character's don't generally delete themselves so the likely scenario is you deleted it, you allowed another person access to the account (i.e. friend, sibling, etc...), or the account was compromised. Unfortunately if it was compromised it likely happened beyond the period in which we may be able to provide much restoration, if any. So, because we to help when we can we will likely just restore the character outright. If we can do this it will be restored exactly how it was when it was deleted though, any items deleted, disenchanted or sold would not be recoverable I'm afraid.

You should be contacted in the next couple of days, I don't see anything to indicate that we wouldn't be able to help but they will let you know.

Good luck.
