Authenicator locked, new thread.

hi, I wanted my daughter, who just got back from overseas, to raid with us again.

I asked her to log in so I could pay, for more time, as we need her tanking skills, and she wants to play again.

She logged in unsuccessfully 3 times, and now cant get in to pay for WoW time, she also cant post because she doesn't have an active account, and trying for 2 days to ring blizzard, hasn't helped.

As her Dad, and her GM, could some one help us?

I did find a thread on this but the first post was quite dated, so i started a fresh one, sorry if doing so was poor form.
