9 Chars, only 1 works properly

Now, what I mean by this is, I can only retain a connection with one of them.

Ramorien, my mage, is the only character who can log in and stay connected. Every other character either gets DC'd when the loading bar reaches full, or 'logs in' and everything is running in place, or, if I can't see anyone, I try and cast, and they just stand there in the casting position until they DC.

I'm not really sure what to do, so any help would be appreciated...obviously it's not my connection as Ramorien can log in and go right where the others are logged at...

In fact, it's so bad that my characters got 'stuck' in game. I visited my paladin Dalnor, on my Mage, Ramorien because the game wouldn't log Dalnor out after he DC'd. (Here's a screenshot: http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/9544/wowscrnshot062310151212.jpg)

thanks

Have you tried a reset UI? Even if it doesn't help, that would be my very first recommendation to make sure everything is set to basics to trouble-shoot further.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

More detailed instructions for different operating systems, including Macs are here.

Next generic step is to run the repair tool in your WoW directory.

I doubt that's the case here, but that is next on the list - just to rule out any file corruption issues.

If that doesn't seem to make any difference, the next step really is to get in touch with our techs, between those two (reset UI and repair tool) one of them work in most cases.
