I have appreciated the refund feature in the game when it comes to spending frost, I have used it a few times after buying armor while I was half asleep. But today I actually goofed up when buying PVP armor from the frost merchant and gemming it all before I realized my mistake. The sad thing is I know roughly what the GM will say when he responds to my ticket. " We have implemented a refund feature into the game and after that duration expires, there is nothing more we can do" [or at least it is in that sense]
The reason I am posting this in the CSF is that I don't think it is fair to have in-game features supercede what a GM is capable or willing to do. People make mistakes and due to the time invested in getting the end game items--shouldn't a little assistance still be available?
