I read the article about restoring lost items but I am not quite sure if there are any regarding lost items due to hacking. So does that mean all that I've worked for won't be restored? By the way 2 of my level 80s have lost there items as well as everything in my bank alt.

Another thing, my DK, Postacio was transferred to another server (will post the original message later) and after that my DK was no where to be found after I sent a message to blizzard regarding how I did not made that transaction.
Original transaction that I found on my mail.

Then 3 days later I received a mail from blizzard that it is not guaranteed that my character might be not restored.
"Also note that restoration of any kind is not guaranteed. While we make every effort to verify your loss there are times where restoration is not possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused."
So I would like to know if there were any people who had a similar case that were able to restore there toons as well as lost items/gold.
