Forum GM's???

I got a question about "Forum GM's" how do you apply to be a "Forum GM" and where do they disappear off to? I remember a few forum GM's when I still played wow, Belfaire was one of them. Where did he ever go?

Experience in the many facets of our support department are highly useful in this position so most Forum reps come from those who work in In-Game Support, Billing, AA, etc. . . .

Well, that depends on the person. Some move on to other positions within the company and others look for opportunities outside of it.

We usually are unable to comment directly on the departure of an individual rep though they always go with our blessing and well wishes.
