Big Problem. Need Help and a way to fix it.

I had my account downgraded to TBC today. I had emails, as well as phone calls to Blizz today (spoke to two people) They said my account was downgraded.

As i got back home. I checked my account management page and it said my account is set to TBC.

Good and dandy. SO i did a few dailies (and I know since i have a second TBC account) that you cannot level past 70. You wil be left with 1 exp point. But for some unknown reason my Hunter dinged to 71.

Who do i talk to to get a roll back on him. I can provide emails that blizzard employee sent me that my account is downgraded. And i double checked it as well on my account management page that it was a TBC account.

It appears as if this is being looked into, Tharidal. I apologize for the delay, but you should be hearing back regarding this issue in the near future.

It's still in queue, but it's getting ever closer to the top. I simply do not expect it to take much longer. :)

My apologies for the delay, Tharidal. It appears that this is undergoing further review than I previously expected. Unfortunately, I am uncertain of exactly how long it will take for this to be fully investigated. Should I hear anything else, however, I'll be sure to let you know.

Your request is being looked into, Tharidal, but the parties who need to examine and resolve the issue will need some time to investigate and determine the best course of action given your case. In essence, it's being looked into already and the appropriate parties are aware.
