Done With blizzard

Before I leave blizzard, Id like one question answered. Why did i get hacked, when I have all the reccomended anti-spyware and anti-virus programs and everything everyone is supposed to have? But that isn't the major question I have. That is why in the hell can i not get customer service about this, I have sent in an email for which i have not recived a responce and i called the help phone number, which said and I quote "all the lines are busy, you can visit our support website at blah blah blah or send an email to wow support." Eff that its just one big never ending circle. Now i can't play because some jack ass hacked my account and you guys cant seem to get this under control. So now i sit here on a different account while everything on my other account is taken away for gold sellers. Im done for good. Just thought i would voice my concerns before i left. Time to go play SWKOTOR MMO, where maybe they will have decent customer service.

How is someone adding an authenticator to a compromised account in any way an indication of authenticators not being a good thing?

That's not uncommon for a compromiser to do to buy them a little time BECAUSE they work so well :)
