If I was to change servers, not factions, will my quest log be cleared out?

As in, if I'm in the middle of a chain quest, can I server transfer and be assured it will still be there when I land on the new server?

Transferring will cause you to loss any progress you may have made on that particular quest, Mia, but you should be able to pick up from where you left off otherwise.
