New chat interface's [enter] key function.

I'd really like to know if there is a way to revert the [enter] key's current functionality to its old. I just got my patch installed, and now I notice that when I hit [enter], the last chat channel I used opens up. What frustrates me about this is when I'm getting whispers from people, and while I'd usually use [r] to reply, a whisper chat is opening when I hit [enter] now. This never happened before, [enter] was limited to party, say, and guild.

I am not happy with this change at all, and REALLY want to know how to revert it. I talk between too many channels at once to not be able to use separate buttons for them.

Can someone please tell me how?

Ughh figures. I don't use an interface changing mod, but I do use a few different things that add to my cluttered UI.
Pulling out a new chat box for each channel I want to talk in does not sound like a good fix, unfortunately.

Blizzard poster? This is not an easy change after having played for 4 years..

I'm not aware of any options for this change, Elowen. You may want to check the UI and Macro forum, those that post in that forum are usually up on the latest when it comes to UI options.

I'd also encourage you to post in our Suggestion forum. Our Developers and Community Managers are always looking for feedback especially on recent changes to the game.
