Ruby Sanctum.

There seems to be some confusion over that. The delay was originally intended to make sure that the patch process was as smooth as possible for all regions. Not necessarily so it was released in all regions simultaneously.

Those aren't comments I would be able to make, Badpenny. This forum is moderated by members of the In-Game Support staff. We are not developers nor liaisons with them.

People are making claims that the release of the Ruby Sanctum was delayed so everyone could go for the world first at the same time, in the interest of "fairness". The statements posted by members of our Community Management team talk about delaying the release so as to make sure that the patch process goes smoothly for all regions and to make sure that the instance is released around the same time throughout all regions.

To be completely honest all of the threads regarding the Ruby Sanctum could simply have been moved to the General of Suggestion forum but we wanted to try and provide some clarification when we could. Which is why I quoted Zarhym's post.

If you wish to provide feedback regarding developmental decisions you are welcome to post in the Suggestion forum where our Community Managers and Developers can review your thoughts.
