Does blizzard realize their own idiocy?

I manage a tech support call center so I know how it goes. I posted a question on this forum and was repeatedly attacked by admins accusing me of this or that. I wonder sometimes if you guys realize this is the internet and you can't see who you are talking to sometimes. I read things like you are only human and make mistakes. But can you admit fault? It's kind a pathetic when you guys are told these things and repeatedly keep doing what you are. I also understand privacy polices and security polices. I write them. That doesn't always save you butts from being held liable though when it comes to abusive behavior. I hope you realize this. You might want to read your own policy sometime. Because one day you are going to piss off the wrong person who actually has a case against you.

I'm not certain if you are aware or not but the others replying to your post here are not Blizzard Employees, they are players, just like you.

Posts made in Blue text like mine are Blizzard employees. There is the added advantage of it saying, Blizzard Poster under my name.

I understand that you may be upset but a little background information would go a long way to figuring out what you may be upset about. Your entire first post is a bunch of random accusations some rather odd comments.

Feel free to provide some factual information if you would like to continue this discussion. Though I may need to refer you elsewhere if you wish to make further inquiries it would be best to understand the situation so I may properly direct you.
