Hello fellow wow forum trollers. I am just getting a point across to the GM's here who work for blizzard. So really no need to reply with how you feel or what you think.

I have been playing wow for 2+ years now. I have always had delays during every patch. Not just 2 hours or so but alot of them is an all day thing. I have voiced my opinion many times on this only to be laughed at mocked by the forum trollers who's mommy and daddy pay for their wow play time. But I see it like this. Say I go out and get a ISP. Now if my isp only allows me to use it during certain times, Im defiently going to change isp carrier. Same with light bills, phone bills and many other things in life. To be a good company you cant just work during maintance and do nothing out side of that day or time to help yourself get the servers back up n running on time. So I am taking my leave from wow. Way to many problems you should have fixed before you took servers down to try and install them. Learn to treat your customers right or I can gurantee you that others will soon follow.

Actually, I've been personally tracking maintenance periods for the last year and a half. The vast majority of maintenance periods are complete before the estimated time provided. This rarely attracts attention, however.

It is easy to notice the rare occasions when things require more time, rather than when they run smoothly. Regardless, in an effort to keep the flow of information smooth I will be locking threads related to the maintenance period or maintenance delays, and directing them to this main thread on the subject:
