Account banned? No response from blizzard

My account got banned for some reason. I usaully play WoW during the summer but when i went to my account page it said it was permantly closed. Now i have contacted blizzard about this threw email and i have gotten no reply to this except some dumb Customer service serveys!!!! And you guys didnt even help me!!!!!!!! My account got hacked because my main character somehow just got full mining and other things during the month of May when last i played was december. Also my all my other characters got deleted aswell. Please someone help me with this as Blizzard wont help me at all.

It is not uncommon for compromised accounts to gather actions based on how they were used while compromised. They don't steal these to do 'nice' things with them.

Emailing Account Administration at [email protected] is indeed the proper way to have this started to be reviewed. Once an account is to the action stage, that is the only department that can review and overturn these.
