Chat and Mail Privileges Suspended

"Your chat and mail privileges have been temporarily suspended pending game master review."

I have been getting this message since I reactivated my account two weeks ago and have had a ticket open for about that long. I'm kind of curious as to why a GM hasn't reviewed this and why this problem hasn't been remedied.

When I reactivated my account this problem was there. I didn't even have to spam or do anything against the ToS, to receive this.

I've been contacted by a GM, but since I was offline I was only left a note. A note which detailed some ways to resolve this issue... except they didn't.

I could stand it for a week and it was kind of cute on the first day, but now it's just getting plain old. i can't get into PuG raids. I can't do combines, buy stuff. Heck, I can't even talk to anyone outside of my guild.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, it would seem that you did not include the text of the error message you received in your petition, Landolph. That lead our staff to believe that a different issue was the cause of this situation, hence the response you received.

Fortunately, it appears as though this situation might be resolved now. Would you happen to be in a position to log in and check?

Good to know! If the issue seems have persisted, please submit a petition indicating the time frame that your character has been unable to use chat, as well as the error message you receive when you attempt to do so, and our staff will be happy to investigate further!
