I think I've been waiting for a bit...just want to make sure I haven't slipped through the cracks for some reason or another as this is a big business and it does happen from time to time. I don't mind waiting I just don't want to be waiting for nothing :D.

You haven't been forgotten, Fireballbob, your issue is still in queue and should be contacted fairly soon with the results of your investigation.

I was wanting to check on status of mine too if at all possible; would appreciate it a lot mate :D

It looks like you reported the compromise via e-mail within the last day or so, is that correct, Roids? It hasn't been processed yet but as soon as it is you should receive an e-mail letting you know that your case was sent up for investigation.

Yes sir, 16 hours ago or so. I was just curious on the estimated time on issues of my sort, debating on whether I should make a new character for now or not.

Appreciate the speedy response!

Queue times are around 7-9 days at the moment so you have some time. If any characters were deleted/transferred though make sure you factor that in to the number of characters on the realm when that is reversed if it brings the total number of characters above 10 it will cause an issue logging in.

Makes sense. Once again, thanks. Is there a form I can fill out or something along those lines for showing my appreciation on your support? Not used to such speedy service :P
