This open Snaf, but honestly, I'm not certain you are going to get another answer any different than the first response to your first petition.
When you run on Master Looter as the loot option you really should be very careful who you run with and simply refuse if you don't think you can trust them. That is SO much easier than trying to have this type of decision adjudicated.
