Two things for you blizz :P

First of all, i am GLAD to have this account back. I didn't think it was possible after such a long period of time (just about a year lol) so i had started a new account.

anywyas, i was wondering two things:

1. This character had a name change, and i was wondering if i could change it back w/o paying :S hackers changed it on me.

2.I'm not even sure if i can get back Teir 7 gear from restorations, such a long time ago. if a blue could verify both of these for me i would reatly appreciate it

For #2, open an in-game ticket requesting item restoration for your characters.

Blizzard has excellent logs, but due to the sheer amount of storage space required, they can only keep them for a couple of months. If the compromise happened outside of that window, they may not be able to verify anything, but they'll certainly look.

The name change reversal should be possible, Zepheer. As stated above, you simply need to but fill out the web form that Pahanda linked. As for the restoration of your gear, there is only one way to know for sure.... and that is to create a petition and ask for the satiation to be investigated. Depending on how long ago it was that the compromise took place.
