You've already been provided with an appropriate course of action, Serios, and that follow-up petition should prompt a review of the earlier investigation. I understand that you might be frustrated, but your concern is not being ignored. Continually bumping a thread is not an appropriate response. In fact, it can be considered a violation of the forum code of conduct ( http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/forum-coc.html).

No restoration is ever guaranteed. While all reports are investigated, we are not always in a position to furnish currency or items as a result of an investigation. This is particularly true when considering unsupported transactions.
