Future of Tech Support and Customer Service

My only real concern: Currently, if you have a technical or customer service issue, you WILL be redirected to the support forums. Unless you are fortunate enough to have an issue during weekday core business hours and short call queue times. So far, Blizzard has made no indication that the support forums will be exempt from the RealID system.
