Recently Hacked but Authenticators Sold Out?

I was hacked recently and lost everything on all my toons. Blizz has apparently restored some of my gear but I'm too scared to log on in case there's some keylogger on my machine that the virus scanners aren't picking up. Especially since the Bliz email said there's a limited number of times they will restore a compromised account (its only happened to me this once in about 4 years but if it can happen once it could happne again).

Only problem is that Authenticators on the Blizzard store are 'sold out', with no link to preorder one, no explanation of when there will be more. I live in New Zealand and my mobile phone isn't one of the ones listed for the mobile phone version, nor is my phone company.

I am very reluctant to risk logging on without one now - especially since the hackers who hacked my account put one on and basically locked me out; I would rather I was the one putting an authenticator on and locking THEM out.

How can I get one? How is blizzard sold out and when will they get more?
