Account hacked! Blizz not responding

Hi!

I recently convinced a friend into the WoW universe trough the "Recruit-a-Friend" program. Everything went fine he liked the 10 day trial and in the middle of it, he purchased the game.

on day 1 he was hacked, and his account blocked with an authenticator. I told him to write you guys an email to Billing@blizzard.com. and in 24 (48+ as of today) hours (usually the time I normally get my answer) there was nothing.

I suggest then write an email to Wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com and still recieve no answer. Don't get me wrong but I find it weird not to recieve any mail from you in response to the subject.

I just write to check if his email is being ingored because of the hacker making a char and spamming ads or whatever in some server. I don't know if you actually do that, but as I said.. I find it weird that there is till no anwer.

Btw I'm not being impatient is just my friend who is on my back all the time demanding an answer. He can't post in the forums either.

If an account is banned, they cannot post - no.

Did he email from the account's registered email address?
