Hacked, and items not being restored.

I just got my account back last week. I had not been online for several months. Come to find out my account had been hacked. I called and they said everything would be restored to what it was before I was hacked, back about 3 months ago or so.

I just got an e-mail saying they found nothing missing or changed.....

All my toons had their names changed, server, race, i had about 12000 gold.....i now have about 1200.
Please fix this.

I'd submit a followup request to [email protected].

There are two possibilities. One, the damages are so old we simply cannot restore them. Time is an enemy to restorations.

Or, we simply looked in the wrong timeframe.

I'd put these details in your email. Certainly can't hurt to ask this be looked into again.
