why does it take days to get a ticket taken care of? I know that it used to be much faster pre lich king but now it is a matter of days. Last time I looked we still had to pay for the game, Blizzard can't afford a few gms? Are they that big a expense?

Well, we are best at answering generic issue questions and pointing folks in the right direction - but that does rather require there be an issue to address.
