Recruit a Friend problem

I am trying to recruit a friend, but every time he try to create the trial account, the murloc with error message appears.We have tried several times, we have tried with an alternative e-mail, but nothing is working.
Any idea of what is happening? Or peraphs, we are doing something wrong in the process?
